Beautiful farmhouse with a history as a glassblowing studio from the beginning of the 20th century, located on shared grounds. The house has been renovated and has a separate garden area with its own leafy patio and gazebo to relax in. The villa block is adjacent to nature and Härstorpsjön, which invites you to take a refreshing dip from the jetty. Within walking distance to restaurants, cafes and Ronneby fountain park with swimming and spa facilities where concerts and exhibitions are also arranged. Upon arrival, a deposit is paid to the homeowner on site. The lower floor with high ceilings provides space in the open floor plan with several different pieces of furniture for both meals and relaxing together. The fireplace provides a lovely cozy factor in the kitchen area in front of the dining area. The stairs up lead you to an upstairs hall that also serves as a small kitchen. Here is the house's fridge, kettle and here, too, a sink. Fresh, fully tiled bathroom with glass blocks as a shower wall under the pitched ceiling. Two bedrooms on the gables of the house with two beds in each. Both rooms have a lot of light coming in from beautiful preserved windows and thus a nice view of the garden. With bicycle or with your own car, you can get around easily on the roads down to the sea and sandy beaches such as Ekenäs and Saxnäs havsbad. In Ronnebyhamn, the boat takes you to Karö, which is one of the largest islands in the Ronneby archipelago. Well worth a trip to the island, which has a restaurant, swimming area and many beautiful, well-preserved houses dating from the turn of the century to look at. Clean the house before departure!
